All transactions are processed in USD.

4. Delivery and Shipping

We provide international shipping to various countries including China, Taiwan, and Japan. Delivery times and costs will be provided at checkout.

For international orders, additional taxes or customs fees may apply, depending on the destination country's regulations.

5. Returns and Refunds

Since these are custom-made products, exchanges or refunds due to a simple change of mind are difficult after the form has closed. However, if any issues are found upon receipt of the product, we will assist with exchanges or refunds if contacted within 7 days.

Items must be returned in their original condition.

Refunds are processed once the returned items are received.
