     📌 상품 상태 및 환불 관련 안내

• 인쇄물 특성상 안내 이미지와 실제 색감이 다를 수 있습니다.

• 투명 포토카드 특성상 화이트 밀림이 발생할 수 있으며, 공정상 발생하는 미세한 칼선 밀림, 찍힘 등은 파본으로 인정되지 않습니다.

• 위 사유 및 단순 변심으로 인한 교환·환불은 불가하오니,구매 전 반드시 참고해 주세요.

     📦 누락 확인 및 개봉 영상 안내

• 수령 후 개봉 전 누락 여부를 반드시 확인해 주세요. 개봉 영상 촬영은 필수입니다.

• 개봉 영상이 없을 경우,누락 건에 대한 교환 및 환불이 어려울 수 있습니다.

• 개봉 영상은 안전봉투 미개봉 상태부터, 모든 물품을 꺼낸 후 봉투 안에 남은 것이 없는 상태까지 편집 없이 연속 촬영해 주셔야 합니다.

• 누락 및 파본 문의는 등기번호에 기록된 배송 완료일 기준 +5일 이내까지 접수 가능합니다.

   Please make sure to read all of the following information carefully before submitting the form.

• In case of non-delivery, a refund will be issued to the bank account you provide.Please ensure that your refund account information is entered correctly.

• Any form submission without confirmed payment within 1 hour will be deleted without prior notice.

• If duplicate names are expected, please either complete the payment immediately after submitting  the form,or include the last digits of your phone number after the depositor name when making the payment.(e.g., Ashatchu0000)

• Payments are checked regularly.

   About Product Condition & Refunds

• Due to the nature of printed products, actual colors may differ from the sample images.

• Due to the characteristics of clear photocards, slight white misalignment may occur.Additionally, minor cutting misalignment or small dents caused during production are not considered defects.

• Refunds or exchanges due to the above reasons or change of mind are not accepted.Please take this  into consideration before purchasing.

   Missing Items & Unboxing Video Requirement

• Please check for missing items before opening the package upon receipt.An unboxing video is required.

• Without an unboxing video, exchanges or refunds for missing items may be difficult.

• The unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the shipping envelope is unopeneduntil all items are removed and the package is shown to be empty.(No editing allowed.)

• Inquiries regarding missing items or defects will be accepted up to 5 days after the delivery completion date,based on the date recorded in the tracking number.
