🍎 교환/환불

🚫입금 후 단순 변심으로 인한 교환, 환불 문의 받지 않습니다.🚫  

★ 주문이 들어온 뒤 바로 포장 준비가 들어가기 때문에 단순 변심으로 인한 환불은 어렵습니다. 신중히 구매 부탁드립니다.

★ 주문 상품과 다르거나, 누락된 제품, 파손 제품 같은 경우 교환/환불 선택이 가능하십니다. 다만, 택배 개봉 영상이 없으면 진행이 어렵습니다. 꼭 개봉 전 부터 촬영을 부탁드립니다. 교환 환불이 필요한 제품의 재고가 없을 경우 환불만 해드릴 수 있다는 점 양해부탁드립니다.

주문량이나 택배사의 사정에 따라 배송 일정이 ±2일 정도로 차이날 수 있습니다.

★ 모니터상과 실제 색상 차이가 발생할 수 있습니다. 

★ 1-2mm의 칼선 밀림/먼지, 잉크 튐/기포/잔기스 등이 발생할 수 있습니다. 이는 인쇄를 하며 최소한으로 생길 수 있는 문제로, 교환/환불의 사유가 되지 않습니다. (칼선 내에 있는 불량은 불량으로 인정하고 있습니다.)

★ 덤으로 증정하는 제품에 대한 불량과 교환은 불가합니다.

★ I do not accept re-fund or exchanges for simple changed mind. If the items are different from what you've ordered or with serious defective product, please email me with a video of you opening the package. If there is no video of you opening the package, it is unable to re-fund or exchange.

★ The delivery process I do is send it to Witch Form's international delivery center. The international shipping is up to Witch Form. So if there is a problem in international shipping please ask to Witch form.
