공지 미숙지로 인한 환불은 불가능합니다

1. 불량이나 제작 무산이 아닌, 단순 변심으로 인한 환불은 불가능합니다.

2. 봉제 인형의 특성상 모든 인형이 완벽하게 동일한 형태가 아닐 수 있으며, 인형 제작 과정 중 도안 자수의 위치나 디테일이 수정될 수 있습니다. 이로 인한 환불은 불가능합니다.

3. 불량품 혹은 누락 교환 및 환불은 운송장이 보이는 개봉 영상이 있어야만 가능합니다!!!

4.입금확인 메일은 따로 전송하지 않습니다. 확인이 필요하신 분들은DM주세요!

5.배송 공지 전까지 위치폼 내에서 자유롭게 배송지 변경 및 수정이 가능합니다. 

6.선입금 시작 >  생산 시작 > 배송 순으로 진행됩니다. 생산은 약 3-4개월 소요가 예상 됩니다. 받아보시기까지 약 4달정도의 기간이 소요될 수 있습니다.

7. G.O는 한국 주소 / 한국 계좌에 입금이 필요합니다. 입금 전 DM 부탁 드립니다!일본은 일본폼에서 부탁드립니다!

Please make sure that the name of the orderer and the depositor is the same.

1.    Refunds are not possible for simple change of mind, unless it is due to defects or cancellation of production.

2.    Due to the nature of doll production, each doll may not be perfectly identical. The position or details of the embroidery design may be adjusted during the production process. Refunds are not possible for these reasons.

3.    Exchanges or refunds for defective or missing items are only possible if you provide an unboxing video showing the shipping label!!!

 4.    A separate deposit confirmation email will not be sent. If you need confirmation, please DM us!

 5.    Until the shipping notice is given, you may freely change or edit your delivery address within the order form.

 6.    The process will proceed in the order of: advance payment > production start > shipping. Production is expected to take about 3–4 months, so it may take about 4 months in total until you receive the item.

 7.    G.O requires a Korean address and Korean bank transfer. Please DM us before making the payment!
