배송비는 구매하신 상품 갯수에 따라 아이템 수량 계산법 확인하시어 선택 부탁드립니다.

✦ 입금 안내 (Payment) ✦

- 계좌 입금 O, 카드 결제 X

- 폼 제출 후 제출 일자 내 미입금 시, 무통보 주문 취소 처리됩니다. 

- 폼에 기재하신 구매자명과, 입금 시 입금자명이 반드시 동일해야 합니다.

( 폼에 기재하신 구매자명과 입금자명이 다를 경우 DM으로 반드시 말씀해주세요! )

- 총대가 입금 확인 진행하는데에 시간이 다소 소요될 예정입니다. 

입금 후 3일이 지나도 '입금확인'이 되지 않으면 X (@blacksprout_HM) DM 부탁드립니다.

- Bank transfer only (KR bank account). No card payments.

- If payment is not received by the submission date after submitting the form, 

the order will be automatically canceled without notice.

- The depositor name provided on the form must match the name used at the time of payment.

(If the depositor name differs from what is on the form, please inform me via X(@Blacksprout_HM) DM!)

- It may take some time for the organizer to confirm payments.

If your payment has not been confirmed within 3 days, please contact X (@Blacksprout_HM) via DM.

✦ 배송 (Shipping) ✦

- 해당 상품은 주문 제작 상품으로, 제작 후 발송까지 최소 3 - 4개월 이상 소요됩니다.

- 국내 배송 대행사 '올팩토리(@bbb_song)'를 통해 발송 예정입니다. 

- 제작 진행 상황 및 발송 안내는 X (@Blacksprout_HM) / 윗치폼 공지를 통해 안내드립니다.

- 대한민국 배송지로만 배송 가능합니다. 해외 배송은 불가능합니다. 

- 합배송 불가합니다.

- 주소지를 한국어로 정확하게 입력해주세요.

주소를 명확히 알아볼 수 있도록 띄어쓰기 및 쉼표, 동, 호 글자 꼭 기입 부탁드립니다.

-주소지를 잘못 입력하여 오배송 된 경우는 책임지지 않습니다.

- This item is a made-to-order product, and it will take at least 3-4 months for production and shipping.

- Shipping will be handled through the domestic shipping agency, "AllFactory (@bbb_song)."

- Updates on the production process and shipping information will be provided via X (@Blacksprout_HM) / Witchform announcements.

- Shipping is only available within South Korea. International shipping is not available.

- Combined shipping is not allowed.

- Please enter your address accurately in Korean.

Ensure proper spacing, commas, and inclusion of building and unit numbers for clarity.

- We are not responsible for any misdeliveries due to incorrect address input.

✦ 교환 및 환불 (Exchange & Refund) ✦

- 입금 후 단순 변심으로 인한 환불은 절대 불가합니다. 신중히 구매해 주세요.

- 공장에서 인정하는 불량에 해당하는 경우에만 상품 상태 확인 후 교환 가능합니다. 

- 특전 상품의 불량은 특전 상품만 교환이 가능합니다.

- Refunds due to a change of mind after payment are strictly not allowed. Please purchase carefully.

- Exchanges are only available if the item is deemed defective by the manufacturer, and the item condition will be verified.

- For defective bonus items, only the bonus item itself is eligible for exchange.

상품에 하자가 있는 경우를 확인하기 위해, 개봉 영상을 필수로 촬영해주세요.

Please record an unboxing video to verify any defects in the product.

운송장이 붙은 택배 박스의 위 아래 테이프 미개봉 상태를 모두 보여주시고, 상품 확인 과정까지 모두 촬영해주세요.

끊김과 화면 이탈이 없는 영상만 인정 가능합니다.

1. 박스 위 아래 테이프 상태 촬영

2. 운송장 촬영

3. 내부 상품 본품 앞 뒷면 자세히 촬영

4. 특전 하나씩 자세히 촬영 

<불량 기준>

- 불량 O: 심한 자수 누락, 봉제선 터짐, 심각한 오염

- 불량 X: 비대칭, 장모로 인한 이목구비 가림, 자수 삐침, 털 눌림, 수용성 비닐이 완벽히 제거되지 않은 경우

- 찌그러짐 혹은 비대칭은 털 정리와 경락을 통해 해결이 가능합니다.

<교환 문의 방법>

1. 운송장 기준 수령일 2일 이내에 이메일로 접수하신 경우에만 가능합니다.

2. 개봉영상이 필수적으로 증빙 제출 되어야하며, 없는 경우에는 처리를 도와드릴 수 없습니다.

3. 구매자 성함 / 연락처 / 윗치폼 구매 내역서 / 개봉 영상 / 문제 부분 설명 / 문제 부분 상세 사진을 이메일로 보내주세요.

- 수작업으로 제작되는 인형 제품 특성상 각 상품의 크기, 자수, 박음질 등의 차이가 있을 수 있습니다.

- 특전 이미지는 미리보기로, 실수령 상품과 디자인, 색상 차이가 있을 수 있습니다.

- 깜새 하민의 정수리 새싹 형태와 봉제 위치가 조금씩 상이합니다. 이는 불량이 아닙니다.

- 레디 은호의 실버 이어링은 상품에 포함되어 있지 않습니다.

- 인형의 다양한 예시컷은 X 계정에서 확인하실 수 있습니다. (@Blacksprout_HM)

- Due to the handmade nature of the plush doll, there may be variations in size, embroidery, and stitching for each product.

- Bonus item images are previews; there may be differences in design and color in the final product.

- The shape and sewing position of the sprout on top of Black Sprout Hamin's head may vary slightly. 

- Reddy Eunho’s silver earrings are not included with the product.

This is not considered a defect.

- You can view various example photos of the plush on the X account (@Blacksprout_HM).
