공장하자는 교환, 환불이 불가합니다.

미세한 흔적 (텍스쳐/백색면 미세한 흔적) 은 하자로 인정하지 않으므로 교환, 환불이 불가합니다.

누락및 환불은 발송일로부터 1주까지 받고 있습니다. 

주문 제작 상품 특성상 단순 변심으로 인한 환불은 불가능 합니다.

미세한 흔적 (ex 미세한 스크래치, 칼선 밀림)의 경우 파본에 해당하지 않는 관계로 교환 및 환불이 불가능합니다.

This is a Slimform order form.

Due to Slimform’s system, a 5% service fee will be charged to the buyer when using the secure payment option.Please be aware of this before proceeding.

If you choose manual bank transfer, no additional service fee will be charged.

We are not responsible for any issues caused by failure to read the instructions below.

Orders are collected weekly (Monday–Sunday)and will be shipped sequentially every Wednesday.

Payment

• Please make sure the recipient name, buyer name, and payment name are all the same.

• Please complete payment immediately after submitting the order form.

• This is a limited stock sale, so quantities are not abundant.

• Shipping may take some time, so please keep this in mind.

Returns & Refunds

• Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.

• Factory defects are not eligible for exchange or refund.

• Minor marks (such as slight texture differences or faint marks on the white backing)are not considered defects and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Missing Items & Refund Requests

• Requests for missing items or refunds are accepted within 1 week from the shipping date.

• As these are made-to-order / limited products, refunds due to change of mind are not possible.

• Minor imperfections (e.g. small scratches, slight cutting misalignment)are not considered defective and are not eligible for exchange or refund.
