◆ 통판 신청 후 재고가 있을 경우는 일주일 정도 시간이 소요되고 재고가 없을 경우는 2-3주의 제작을 거친 후에 발송이 됩니다.It takes about a week to get the goods in stock.If there is no stock, it will be shipped after 2-3 weeks of production.

◆ 누락, 파본은 편집 없는 택배개봉 영상과 함께 문의해 주세요.포장을 개봉하는 것부터 촬영되어야 하고 중간에 화면이 벗어나면 인정되지 않습니다.
◆배송에 문제가 있는 경우 발송 후 택배 수령일 기준으로 5일 이내에 꼭 말씀해 주세요.기간이 지나면 배송 상의 문제는 책임질 수 없습니다.
◆ 배송 조회 기간은 발송 후 2개월 까지 입니다. 배송 완료 후의 분실에 대해서는 책임지지 않습니다.
◆ 파본의 경우 얼굴의 잉크자국. 큰 스크래치만 파본으로 인정됩니다.미세한 긁힘이나 찍힘, 재단 밀림, 커팅 자국, 빛비침 스크래치, 코팅얼룩 ,종이 재질로 인한 작은 코팅들뜸, 제작 공정상 발생할 수 있는 모서리 긁힘과 휘어짐 , 작은 잉크튐은 교환이 불가능합니다.
◆뒷면 하자는 파본에 해당하지 않습니다
◆아크릴 제품의 미세한 화이트 밀림, 재단 자국, 기포, 미세한 스크래치, 보호필름 표면 손상은 하자가 아니며 교환 대상이 아닙니다.
◎ Guide to Defective Items ◎
◆ Color Variance: Due to monitor settings and the nature of the printing process, there may be slight differences in color compared to the actual product.
◆ Missing or Defective Items: For inquiries regarding missing or defective items, please provide an unedited unboxing video. The video must start before the package is opened and show the entire process clearly; inquiries will not be accepted if the package is out of frame at any point.
◆ Delivery Issues: Please report any shipping-related issues within 5 days of receipt. We cannot be held responsible for delivery issues reported after this period.
◆ Tracking Period: Tracking is available for up to 2 months after dispatch. We are not responsible for any items lost after delivery is completed.
◆ Definition of Defects: Only significant ink stains on faces or large, deep scratches are recognized as defects.
Non-exchangeable items: Fine scratches, minor dents, cutting misalignments/alignment shifts, light-reflecting scratches, coating stains, minor coating bubbles/lifting caused by paper texture, or corner scuffs/warping occurring during the manufacturing process.
◆ Backside Damage: Any flaws or damage on the back of the product do not qualify as defects.
◆ Acrylic Products: Minor white print shifts, cutting marks, bubbles, fine scratches, or damage to the protective film surface are considered normal results of the production process and are not eligible for exchange.
